By default, holding down the ''ALT'' key while clicking the mouse will move the current window/application. The problem is, you need to ALT+click to pick up items in the game. To fix this problem in KDE Plasma, launch System Settings, then go to //Window Management//, and click the //Window Actions// tab. Change the modifier key from ALT to Meta.
